He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Lee Magoto. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Magoto of Versailles; and also, Sharon Jones of Fletcher, Debbie Smith of Greenville, Diana Subler and James Subler of Versailles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
