He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Queen (Simmons); his children, Ashley Bowman (Dave) of Pleasant Hill, Kevin Queen (Lisa) of Tipp City, Amanda Mumaw (Jorden) of Bradford and Cody Campbell of Bradford; his grandchildren, Ethan Evans, Abigail Evans, Connor Bowman, Jorden Mumaw II, Willow Mumaw and Meadow Mumaw; his siblings, Julie Martin of Piqua, Cora Cromer (Sonny) of Piqua, Roger Queen (Rita) of Piqua, Thelma Matthews (David) of Miamisburg, Lena Pierce of Piqua, Kathy Smith of Piqua, Larry Smith of Piqua and Dave Smith (Deb) of Troy; and his pet Taz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
