She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Rice and Nellore Rice (Shaffer); her spouse Rhett W. Brelsford; her siblings, Darlene (Roger Rhodes), Janet (Don Insley) and Orville "Bud" Rice; and her granddaughter Logan Roeth.
She is survived by: her children, Randall W. Sr. Brelsford (Micki) of Piqua, Letty Roeth (Mike) of Ft. Wayne, Kyna Congdon of Piqua, Braden Brelsford of Dayton and Kassia Studebaker (Jason) of Troy; her grandchildren, Randall W. Brelsford Jr., Russell Brelsford, Ryan Roeth (Chereasa), Colin Roeth (Elena), Brandi McElfresh (Aaron), Megan Congdon, Jovie, Dalton (Kalena Studebaker) and Tess Yandell; her great grandchildren, Makayla, Kegan, Beckett, Makenzie, Mason, Jackson and Isabelle; and her sister-in-law Winnie Brelsford of Cable.
