She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Watkins and Pearl Watkins (White); and her son Jeff Dovel. She is survived by: her spouse John W. Dovel; her children, John "Scott" Dovel (Leigh) of Cincinnati and Tina Platfoot (Chris) of Sidney; her daughter-in-law Janice Dovel of Cincinnati; and her sister Dorothy Frey of Cridersville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
