He was predeceased by: his stepfathers, Robert Kelzenberg and Clarence Richardson; his daughter Rhonda Lynn Burkett; his sister Robbin Renee Kelzenberg; his brother-in-law Tom Stahl; and his pets, Duke, Jersey and Gizmo.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Jo Sherman of Piqua, Todd Allen (Nikki Burkett) and Rusty "Rus" Lee (Suzan Burkett); his grandchildren, Dayna Small (Justin Kemp), Lee (Kasey Small), Boston Sherman, Emma Burkett, Evan Burkett, Christopher Okos, Jonathan Mohler, Samuel Mohler, Phoenix Del Bosque-Gonzales, Aubrey Landis, Alyson Sherman and Melanna Jackson; his siblings, Pamela Stahl of Piqua, Barbara Lear of Piqua, Patricia Bixler of Piqua and Bob Kelzenberg of Piqua; and his pet Max. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
