He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Hoelscher and Carol Hoelscher (Miller); his wife Kim Hoelscher (Rucker); his sisters, Missy Gill and Sandy Atchison (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Ashley Gold, Dylan Gill, Brendon Hoelscher, Morganne Atchison, Alyza Hoelscher, Madyson Hoelscher, Allison Misiura, Brooke Misiura and Morgan Kasten; and his siblings-in-law, Nicole Misiura (Matthew), Cathryn Kasten (George), Becky Hoelscher and David Rucker.
