She was predeceased by: her parents, Fern Curtis and Matilda Curtis (Jaegel); her husband William E. Mikolajewski; and her daughter Carol L. Carity. She is survived by: her children, Deborah of Piqua, OH, Christine of Englewood, OH, William Mikolajewski of Piqua, OH, Timothy Mikolajewski (Teresa) of Sidney, OH and David Mikolajewski (Teri) of Fairfield, CA; her son-in-law Dale Carity; her brother Louie Curtis of Piqua, OH; her sisters-in-law, Maxine Curtis of Piqua, OH, Peggy Curtis of Piqua, OH and Patti Curtis of Piqua, OH; her grandchildren, Troy, Tara, Amy and Amanda (Bryan); and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Bradley and Laney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
