She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Smith (Jason) of Piqua, OH and Tracy Mayo (Dennis) of Philipsburg, OH; her siblings, Warren Riley of Eaton, OH and Nancy Rodeffer of Eaton, OH; and her grandchildren, Trinity Smith, Willow Smith, Jansen Clack, Jerrod and Clack. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
