He is survived by: his father Michael Parks (Pam); his wife Jessica Parks (Cantrell); his children, Doug Parks (Elya) of Austin, TX, Mariah Andrew (Lee) of Tipp City, OH and Bradyn Renner of Greenville, OH; his siblings, Shari Rowe of Hillsboro, OH, Michelle Lutz (Delmar Steiner) of Greenville, OH, Jimmy Parks (Dawn) of Hillsboro, OH and Angel Coonrod (Bill) of Hillsboro, OH; his grandchildren, Ava and Oliver Andrew; his parents-in-law, Richard and Sherri Cantrell of Houston, OH; his brother-in-law Richard Cantrell of Piqua, OH; and his daughter Linda Myers of Tipp City, OH.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
