He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bolton and Rosella Bolton (Short); his daughter Jill Highley; and his brothers, Dennis and David Bolton.
He is survived by: his wife Christine M. Vickery; his son Jeff Bolton of Piqua; and his son-in-law Greg Highley of Piqua. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
