It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tecla Kellar of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Hirby and Mary Hirby (Marchi); her former husband Charles R. Powell; and her brother Charles Thomas Hirby. She is survived by: her husband Roland J. Kellar Jr.; her stepmother Dixie C. Gayheart Hirby of Lexington; her stepchildren, Jason Kellar of Columbus and Holly Kellar of Anchorage, Alaska; and her siblings, Steve Hirby (Pat Slaby) of Appleton, John Hirby (Nancy Oakes) of Piqua, Larry Hamilton (Donna Earona) of Lexington, Lois Crawford (Michael) of Tipp City, Debra Short (Quentin) of McDowell and Wilma Hamilton Martin of Teaberry, Kentucky. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend.
