She was predeceased by: her parents, Evon L. Benning and Lelia A. Benning (Blankenship); her son Victor Kiefer; and her brother Gene L. Benning. She is survived by: her son William Kiefer (Lisa) of Piqua; her daughter-in-law Sandra Kiefer of Piqua; her grandchildren, Jeffery, Jonathan, Ryan Kiefer and Victoria Stanfield (Christopher); and her great grandchild Evelyn Stanfield.
