She was predeceased by: her siblings, Nancy Denman and Jim Polhamus. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Seger of Piqua; her brother Rick Polhamus (Margie) of Mike Polhamus; her grandchild Cody McNutt of Caleb O'Neal; and her great grandchild Tyler McNutt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
