He is survived by: his spouse Linda Malone; his daughter Amanda Mikolajewski (Shaun) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Zoe Kittle, Brooklynn Mikolajewski and Oliver Mikolajewski; his sister Tamara Beaty (David) of Troy; and his sister-in-law Sharron Kittle.
