She was predeceased by: her father Orlando "Beano" Shaffner. She is survived by: her sons, Todd Buchanan of Piqua and Michael Buchanan of Piqua; her grandchildren, Dylan Buchanan (Renee) and Kyra Buchanan (Nate Thompson); her great grandchildren, Aiden, Ryker and Bexley; and her sister Linda Gray (Paul) of Barbourville, Kentucky.. She is also survived by her family, and keeping in contact with friends and family.
