He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McKenzie and Virginia McKenzie (Arnett); and his brothers, Mark McKenzie, Pat McKenzie and Kenny McKenzie.
He is survived by: his wife Connie McKenzie (Teach); his daughters, Angela McKenzie of Columbus, OH and Melissa; his son-in-law Robert Hinton; his brother Anthony; his sister-in-law Nancy McKenzie of Virginia Beach, VA; his sisters, Vickie (Nick Baird) and Tammy (Mike Mazza); and his pet Zoe.
