She was predeceased by: her parents, Nevin J. Hill and Mildred P. "Sis" Hill (Smith); her husband Robert A. "Bob" Whitlow; her sisters, Mary Veen and Cindy Thomas; and her daughter Nancy Jo Whitlow.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Pearson (Scott) of Huber Heights; her grandchildren, April Clark (Dustin), Crystal Hubbard and Rob Pearson; her great grandchildren, Payton, Lucian and Maura; and her siblings, Peggy Persinger (Harry) of Troy and Tom Hill (Debra) of Piqua.
