She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald L. Atkinson and Shirley J. Blank. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Jones; her brother Russell Atkinson (Lisa); her nephew Nathan; her sister Cathy Roque of Frostburg, MD; her nieces, Bridget Bomar-Roque of Glen Burnie, MD and Jennifer Roque of Philadelphia, PA; her nephew Dr. Remy Roque of Seattle, WA; her great-nephews, Cameron Privette and Landen Atkinson; and her pet Ziggy.
