She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph D. Wise and Clarice "Kay" Stanton (Brucker); her husband Robert L. Harbin; her brothers, Roger "Buck" Wise and George Wise; and her stepfather Bill Stanton.
She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Harbin of Warren, David Dershem of Covington, Rebecca Ferguson (David) of Wellington and Julie Snyder (Paul) of Plant City, Florida; and her sisters, Ann Elliott of Piqua and Barbara Garrity of Piqua. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
