Roy F. Howard Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2023, at the age of 83, Roy F. Howard of Piqua, Ohio, born in Crockett, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Sylvester Fannin; his brothers, Herman Howard and Oakey Fannin; and his son Rodney Howard. He is survived by: his significant other Rita Kiser of Piqua; his children, Crystal Howard of Piqua and Fred Howard of Florida; his grandchildren, Keesha Howard, Charity Young, Jeremy Howard, Freddrick Howard Jr. and Christiana Allen; and his siblings, Blanche Wright (Bueford) of Dayton, Bernice Lewis of Sandyhook, Kentucky and Don Howard of Piqua. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
