He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Hartley and Florence Hartley (Miranda); and his brother John Hartley. He is survived by: his wife Doris Hartley (Keister); his sons, Paul (Sandy Hartley) and Matthew (Missie Hartley); his sister-in-law Harriett Hartley; his grandchildren, Paige Rapp (Cody), Justin Normile (Mallory), Marissa Kagy (Dan) and Matthew Lair; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Normile and Oliver Kagy.
