He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Black and Lula Black (Davis); his siblings, Terry Black, Jimmy Black and Rose Weever; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Peckham, Briana Warner and Codie Gilvin.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Black of Piqua, Brian Woodard of Piqua, Todd Woodard (Emily) of Piqua, Kim Hajnik (Jim) of Springfield, Angela Black of Springfield and Missy Woodard (Kelly Bentley) of Paw Paw; and his sisters, Sharon Warnock of Piqua and JoAnn Ross of Troy. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and as for great grandchildren.
