He is survived by: his mother-in-law Maggie Bingham; his sons, Joshua Mantooth (Tracy) of Piqua, OH and Lucas Mantooth (Karen) of Piqua, OH; his siblings, Herschel Mantooth of Centerville, OH and Peggy Barker (Louie) of Eaton, OH; and his granddaughters, Grace Mantooth, Emily Mantooth, Maggie Mantooth, Alison Mantooth, Violet Mantooth and Lilibeth Mantooth.
