She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilber Fisher and Gertrude Fisher (Behr); her husband Henry Luke Hoelscher; her son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Wagner; and her sister Martha Poeppelman.
She is survived by: her children, Linda (James Barton), Rebecca Wagner (Dick Stein) of Piqua, OH, Mark Hoelscher of Piqua, OH and Jason (Johanna Hoelscher); her grandchildren, Kara Barton of Piqua, OH, Jennifer (Lance Collum), Gwendolyn Wagner (Justin Burger), Joshua, Joseph (Juliah Hoelscher), Jordan Hoelscher (Jeff Braun) and Jillianna Hoelscher (Parker Frichtl); her siblings, Marie Downey of Piqua, OH and Dick Fisher of Sidney, OH; and her niece Vicki Cotrell (Poeppelman). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
