He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Luby and Josephine E. Luby (Zaleski); and his stepson Thomas Brinkman. He is survived by: his wife Margaret L. (Casey); his stepdaughters, Julie S. Rasor (Scott) of Piqua, Cynthia K. Gertner (Barry) of Piqua, Melissa Brinkman of Piqua and Sue Peltier (Tim) of Piqua; and his stepgrandchildren, Megan Valentine, Kyle Rasor, Logan Rasor, Taylor Gertner, Peyton Gertner-Trammell, Noah Gertner, Morgan Brinkman, Madison Brinkman, Molly Brinkman, Timmy Peltier, Logan Peltier, Spencer Peltier and Corbin Peltier.
