He is survived by: his children, Angelena Horen of Norfolk, VA, Kalena Horen of Norfolk, VA and Cameron Horen of Piqua; his grandchildren, Caleb, Autumn and Kamden; and his siblings, Debbie Oda of Greenville, Susan McCormack of Melbourne, FL, Lisa Crutchfield of Sidney, Patti Hoover of Phillipsburg and Daryl Grossnickle.
Memorials to honor Robert may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
