We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2020, at the age of 89, Robert Francis (Piqua, Ohio), born in Troy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Francis and Elizabeth Francis; and his wife Barbara Ann Francis. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Francis Goodson (Gerald) of Columbus, OH, Jeffrey Francis (Tonia) of Piqua, OH and Matthew Francis (Catherine) of Berkeley, CA.; his grandchildren, Brian Francis (Nikki), Liz Elmquist (Dana), Bridget Bergey (Mark) and Ryan Francis; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Samantha Francis, Jeffrey Bergey and Della Elmquist.
