We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2020, at the age of 76, Rita G. Carter (Piqua, Ohio), born in Ransom, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonah Scott and Georgia Scott (Sullivan); her daughter Lisa; and her brothers, Lonnie Scott, Loather Scott and Bill Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Breving of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Lyndsey Filmer, Casey Filmer and Jordan Buckley; her great grandchild Kameid McClean; and her sisters, Loretta Haynes (Larry) of Piqua and Nyda Scott of Piqua.
