She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Dorsey A. Simmons and Mary L. Simmons (Martin); her husband Michael L. Brubaker; and her sister Debbie Brewer. She is survived by: her children, Angel Lambert of Piqua, OH, Michelle Workman (Richard) of Troy, OH, Michael Brubaker (Teresa) of Sidney, OH and Tonya Cassel (Rick) of Houston, OH.; and her brother Greg Simmons (Patty) of Tipp City, OH.. She is also survived by Seventeen Grandchildren, and Sixteen Great-Grandchildren.
