He was predeceased by: his parents, Vibert Johnson and Josephine Johnson (Hurst). He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Johnson (Christy) of Jellico, Brandon Johnson (Leslie) of Fort Loramie, Paul Hina (Sarah) of Athens and John Hina (Maranda) of Piqua.
