He was predeceased by: his father Otto Bey; his brothers, Robert Bey and Denny Bey; and his grandson Lancson Bertsch. He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Hamblin of Degraff, OH and Michelle Bey of Botkins, OH; his siblings, Tom Bey, Larry Bey and Linda Bey; and his grandchildren, Meghan Cotterman, Brandon Cotterman, Kylee Yates and Kayden Smith. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
