He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloysius A. and Mary C. Caulfield (Maxwell). He is survived by: his wife Louise Caulfield; his grandchildren, Kyley St. Hill, Conor and Gavin Caulfield; his stepchildren, Kim and Dominic Provencher; and his stepgrandchildren, Mathis, Stella-Rose, Valentina and Analiese.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home (333 High St, Piqua, OH 45356). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (528 Broadway, Piqua, OH 45356).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylen Blvd. Staten Island, NY 10306.
