He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Adams and Mildred Adams (Vornbrock); his siblings, Larry Adams and Phyllis Hall; and his grandson Brian Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Adams (Deb) of Piqua, Rex Adams (Robbin) of Pleasant Hill, Alisa Jones (Greg) of Houston and Andrew Adams (Joan) of Piqua; and his grandchildren, Shaun Adams (Sonya), LeAnnea Taylor (Quinten), Rian Adams, Ben Adams (Stephanie), Ashley Sylwestrak, Brad Adams and Cami Adams (Alex Penny). He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
