He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meed and Rose Ellen Meed (Neves); his siblings, Johnny Joe Meed, Jay Meed and Sheryl Sage; and his granddaughter Adeline Maseman.
He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Meed (Snyder); his children, John (Ann Meed), Justin Meed of Beaufort, SC, Jeremy Meed of Beaufort, SC and Jennifer; his son-in-law Chad Vinson of Elwood, IN; his brothers, Wendell Meed of Bradford, OH and Mark Meed of Beaufort, SC; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Maseman, Dustin Maseman, John Ross Meed II, Scarlet Meed, Alice Kraft, Anthony Vinson and Marshall Meed.
