She is survived by: her daughter Carol; her son-in-law Rafael Montanez of Piqua, OH; her son Larry Fitzwater of Piqua, OH; her brother Charles Weatherholt, Jr. of Barboursville, WV; her grandchildren, Jason Fitzwater, Justin Montanez, Linda Rohr and Rachel Packman; and her great grandchildren, Kaylor Fitzwater, Arianna Montanez, Kassidey Packman, Connor Packman and Caleb Packman.
