It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Jo Hemm of Piqua, Ohio, born in Covington, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Mutzner and Bertha M. Mutzner (Minnich); and her sisters, Judy Beckwith and Jane Leonard. She is survived by: her brother John E. Mutzner (Marjorie) of Covington; and her siblings-in-law, Jack Leonard of Novi, Robert Beckwith of Naples, Florida and Patty Kennedy of Charleston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Peggy was loved by all who knew her. During the last several years, I have gotten to know her better through the Sr. Center in Piqua where she thoroughly enjoyed playing cards esp. Euchre and Hearts. Her many friends at the center and the Knights of Columbus will miss her smiling face and competitive spirit. Her interest and concern for nature will be part of her legacy for years to come. Every time that I see a deer, I will think of Peggy.”
