She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Goodwin Tuttle and Marion Hammond Tuttle (Nesmith); her son Kent Marshall Blocher; and her brothers, Robert, Larry and Roger Tuttle.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn "Kazy" Blocher Hinds (Joe M. Hinds) of Piqua; her grandson Paul Joseph Hinds of Piqua; and her sister Barbara Tuttle Jones of Gainesville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
