He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Burger and Pearl Burger (Coppernoll); his son Charles Wayne; and his former wife Dianna Reed Burger. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Burger (Wenrick); his children, Bobby Burger (Sandy), Candy Mullins (James), Mark Burger (Christy) and Cindy Christy; and his stepchildren, Wendy Thompson (Doug), Bridget Moores (Richard), Julia Plessinger and James Bernardi. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
