He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis M. Fisher and Virginia M. Fisher (Emrick). He is survived by: his children, Sarah Rampulla (Christopher) of Piqua, Katie Schmidt (Christian) of Troy and Jacob Fisher of Dayton; and his siblings, Colleen Curry, Fredrick Fisher (Donna), Donald Fisher and Ronald Fisher (Cheryl). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
