She was predeceased by: her son Michael Bowles; her stepfather George Boyer Carter; and her sisters, Betty J. Hughes and Thelma J. Waugh. She is survived by: her spouse Richard H. Bowles; and her daughters, Theresa Bowles Clemons (Craig) of Columbus, Andrea Walker (Michael) of Columbus and Denise Boring (Dennis) of Galloway. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
