She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Farrell; her siblings, Tammy Zimpfer (Jim) of Piqua, OH and Larry Leasure of Piqua, OH; and her grandchildren, Annmarie Fletcher, Aiden Fletcher, Austin Fletcher, Logan Fletcher and Benjamin Seymour.
