He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis R. and Mary A. Cullip, Sr. (Sharp); and his uncle Earl Cartwright. He is survived by: his stepson Jesse Gade (Magen) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Tyler Gade (Elaine), Bella Gade and Brinlee Gade; and his aunts, Sue Cartwright of Springfield and Betty Foust of Fairborn.
