With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orville R. Fultz of Piqua, Ohio, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Fultz and Gertrude Fultz (Ruark). He is survived by: his spouse Lynn (Jankura); and his children, Rebecca Clemons (Thomas Fulton) of Piqua, OH and Brent Fultz of Portsmouth, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
