It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orlena J. Leese (Piqua, Ohio), born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her close friend John Fields Leese; her daughter Kristina Leese Pelphrey (Kris); and her siblings, Clarence Roberts (late Lucille) and Davidd Vail (late George) of Bellingham. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen "Kathy" Leese of Piqua, John F. Leese II of Minster and Michelle Thomas Taylor of Piqua; her granddaughter Lindsay Pelphrey of Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Cailin of Kentucky, Annason of Kentucky and Lennox of Kentucky; her parents-in-law, Alberta Campbell (late Frank) of Myrtle Beach, John Laws (Edna) of Sidney and Marlin; her pet Jackson; her close friends, Karen Helman (Dennis), Joe, Mary Ann DeWeese, Jack, Phyllis Lott and Ginger Boshears of Sidney; and her cousins, Ruth, Hershel Upchurch of Florida and Ken Hodge of Virginia. She is also survived by cousins and by many friends.
