She was predeceased by: her parents, Luster Osborne and Grace Osborne (Partin); her husband James "Jim" Couch; and her son James Couch. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Couch of Battle Creek, MI and Debby Morey (Todd) of Piqua; her daughter-in-law Becky Couch of Sidney; her grandchildren, Kristina Moore (Tom), Jessica Reid (Eric), Josh Couch, Sean Couch, Jonathan Couch, Alysha Orsborne (Neil), Derik Couch (Jennifer), Cody Nutter (Jalisa) and Faith Couch; and her siblings, Jewel Marlow, Bonnie Richardson, Robin Fisher, Bob, Marshall and Arvel Osborne (Dianne). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
