He was predeceased by: his father Vernon II. He is survived by: his daughters, Heather Redinbo (Nick) of Piqua, Kelli McCarty (Trinity) of Sidney and Angela Harvey of St. Paris; and his siblings, Ellen Chester (Wendell) of Piqua, Clyde V. Jenkins III (Joann) of Piqua, Deborah Stallard (Anthony) of Sidney and Samuel Jenkins (Karen) of Piqua. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
