She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert C. Miller and Zelma Miller (Zirkle). She is survived by: her husband Howard D. Philipps; her children, Dwight "Mike" Philipps (Pam) of Piqua, Howard Philipps Jr. (Deb) of Piqua, Sherri Sargent (Nate) of Bradford and Carla J. Sibert (Daryl) of Piqua; her grandchildren, Mike Philipps (Lisa), Darrell Philipps, Melissa Spurgeon (Jason), Allana Deaton (Chad), Kurt Cruse (Rachel), Brandy Cruse, Makayla Kindell, Johnny Russell (Lillian), Philip Russell (Angela) and Brian Sibert; her siblings, Danny Miller (Janet), Fred Miller (Wanda) and Patsy Adams; and her sister-in-law Jean Caven. She is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren.
