He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Noe. He is survived by: his stepfather Kenneth Singer of Colorado; his wife Lori Lynn Langston; his children, Jessica Landis (Chris) of Greenville and Adrian Noe of Alabama; his grandchildren, Aurora, C. J., Autumn and Ivy; and his siblings, Ronald Noe, Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana and Teresa Neufeld (Barry) of Oregon.
