He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Allred and Goldie Allred (Claxton); and his stepdaughter Mia Michelle Burton. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Allred (Piqua); his brother Wayne (Tammy) Allred (Missouri); his children, Dana Allred-Schumaker (Kansas), Tammy Masters (Kansas), John (Jeanette) Allred (Tennessee), Susan Allred and Jesse Allred (Tennessee); his stepson Joseph Dallas Burton (Piqua); and his brother Thomas Norton-Smith of North Canton, Ohio.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Ray expressed that donations be sent to any nonprofit military organization of the person's choosing.
