She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cavender and Hazel M. Cavender (Weaver); her husband Paul M. West; and her son Paul M. West, II. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Bell (Ronald) of Troy, OH, Peggy (Brad) and Randy West (Audrey) of Vandalia, OH; her siblings, Elwood Cavender of Piqua, OH, Gaylord Cavender of Troy, OH and Connie Walker of Piqua, OH; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Grant of Lima, OH and Kay West of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County at 3230 N. County Rd. 25A Troy, OH 45373.
